Building Resilience, Stress and Anxiety Management Seminar

This seminar can change your life...

Because with the right tools you can make a difference

We cannot change the things we see in our life,
but we can change how we react to them...

Do you feel that it is difficult for you to manage the stress in your life?

Do you have sleeping or eating disorders?

Do you find yourself often overwhelmed, frustrated, with little motivation?

Stress affects us all, but only a few people know how to manage it in a positive way.

Would you like to be one of them?

Never presented in this way...

My name is Tommy Walker and I have specialized in this area for more than 10 years.

I've been invited to share this project in conferences in the United States, Argentina, the Caribbean, Chile, Colombia and Mexico.

I worked many years in emergency care, facing the death of many people, and being able to learn the correct way to manage stress and anxiety.

By taking the seminar you will be able to notice changes in your life in a short period of time.

We assure you that your life will change if you start applying some of the tools we share.

With this seminar we will explain why you get so stressed or anxious, and how to start changing this.

Through models and teachings that we have learned since childhood and throughout life, we have learned to handle stress negatively. We have many limitations, a lot of self judgment and self-criticism, and negative thoughts, following these old models and learnings, which make us stress even more.

With this seminar we will help you to question many of these models, learnings, false and limiting beliefs, and offer many tools we have put together, to be able to handle stress in another way, to go through challenging situations and prevent stress from affecting you in a negative way.

What some people say about our project:

Dr Rogé, neonatal intensive care and doctor at Aconcagua Base camp:

Excellent. Not only did it help me learn more tools to deal with stress. It was a walk through the different phases and choices I took to do this type of work that I love so much, but this work also crosses tedium and pain very closely. It reminded me of the most intimate motives for which I chose my path and many times I lost sight of it because of different circumstances. Taken with an impeccable psychological professionalism of someone like Tommy who works in a similar line of work, he understands it and lives it as he transmits it. I have read about Stress Management and PTSD prevention, but Tommy is excellent, since he talks about his own experiences. It was very intense. It was important to remove many barriers that one tends to have, being an intense care doctor and a doctor in Aconcagua, to deepen and rediscover why I decided this work initially and for pure vocation. And from there take the tools that we have learnt. THANK YOU ! It was a walk through pain and death and ended up dusting the cute part of this, often covered by routine. THANKS

Alan Harmon, Battalion Chief at Livonia Fire and Rescue in Michigan:
Excellent and needed. Tommy has great insite and knowledge on the subject. Finally someone is addressing the problem before PTSD becomes a reality.

Dr. Abramor, intensive care specialist:
I found this was excellent. The way it was offered by Tommy, and all the tools that I was able to take with me.
All of us that work in Urban or Wilderness emergency care, have gone through high stressful situations, but nobody has taught us before how to deal with them.
I recommend this 100%, it offers great tools to take care of ourselves and others.
